Users always start the conversation themselves. To connect, a user taps "Connect WhatsApp" in the eSchuul portal, which opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our number. KENFACK only replies to people who contact it. We do not send promotional or bulk messages.
Users can disconnect WhatsApp from their eSchuul account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we handle and how to request deletion.
